Terms of Service
1. Who we are
VibeRescue ("we", "us") is a service operated by Timor Suray, an individual (sole proprietor) based in Israel. Website: https://getviberescue.com. Contact: hello@getviberescue.com.
2. The service
VibeRescue is a software tool that automatically generates fixes for web applications, often built with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, Replit and v0. The software scans the customer's GitHub repository, reproduces the problem in an isolated sandbox, generates a fix and delivers it as a pull request to that repository. A human reviewer checks only sensitive changes (security, authentication, payments or server logic) before the pull request is opened. We do not sell consulting, hourly work or physical goods.
3. Products and prices
| Product | Price (USD) | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Rescue Scan | Free | Automatic scan of a public GitHub repository: classifies the problem (code bug, missing code, or missing secrets/environment variables) and suggests a product. |
| Quick Fix | $29 one-time | One fix run for build and dependency bugs (failed builds and deploys, broken imports, version drift). The run opens a GitHub pull request, usually within 24 hours. If the run finds that server or authentication changes are needed, you can upgrade to Launch-Ready or get a full refund. |
| Upload Restore | $29 one-time | One run that rebuilds a project whose GitHub upload is missing or has flattened files, from a zip you email us, and opens a pull request. |
| Type-Safety Hardening | $79 one-time | One run that fixes latent type and null/undefined bugs found by a type check and adds a type check to your CI, as a pull request. |
| Launch-Ready | $149 one-time | Fix runs for up to 5 issues including server and authentication, plus an automated deploy/database/environment audit and a basic security pass, delivered as pull requests, usually within 48–72 hours. |
| Care Plan | $49 per month (subscription) | SaaS subscription: automated uptime monitoring, dependency-update pull requests and a monthly health report. Cancel anytime. |
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location.
4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.
5. Payment and "fixed or free"
You pay at checkout. If the fix run cannot fix the problem covered by the product you bought, you get a full refund. You can also request a refund for any reason within 14 days. See the Refund Policy. If the run finds the problem needs a larger product (for example, server or authentication changes in a Quick Fix), you can upgrade or get a full refund. You are never charged more without agreeing to it first.
6. Your responsibilities
You confirm you have the right to give us access to the code you submit. You keep all rights to your code; changes we deliver become yours once delivered. Access to repositories is granted by you and can be revoked at any time. Secrets (API keys, passwords) should stay in your hosting provider. We will not ask you to email them.
7. Care Plan subscription
The Care Plan renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing us or through the link in your Paddle receipt; it stays active until the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made.
8. Limitations
We deliver fixes as reviewable pull requests; you decide whether to merge and deploy them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Acceptable use
We may decline work on code that is unlawful, malicious, or that you do not have the right to share.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country.
