Refund Policy
Fixed or free
You pay at checkout. If the fix run cannot fix the problem covered by the product you bought, you get a full refund. You do not need to argue the case: if the pull request does not fix the problem and it cannot be corrected, we refund you.
14-day refunds on request
In addition, you can request a refund for any purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason. Email hello@getviberescue.com with your order number or the email you used at checkout.
Care Plan
The Care Plan ($49/month) can be cancelled anytime. After cancelling, it stays active until the end of the current paid month and is not renewed. A refund of a monthly charge can be requested within 14 days of that charge.
How refunds are paid
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

| Launch-Ready | $149 one-time | Fix runs for up to 5 issues including server and authentication, plus an automated deploy/database/environment audit and a basic security pass, delivered as pull requests, usually within 48–72 hours. |
